TORONTO – A Toronto school board trustee has been charged with forcible confinement and criminal harassment during his duties as a trustee.
Howard Goodman (Ward 8 Eglinton-Lawrence) was charged Wednesday morning and police say the criminal harassment allegations stem back to fall of 2013.

Police would not confirm whether the alleged offences happened at the school board office.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday morning.
