VANCOUVER – How soon is too soon for stores to start putting up Christmas decorations?
Some stores started decorating before Halloween was over and others wait until after Remembrance Day, so is there a time when it is too soon?
Many veterans have said it is a sign of disrespect to put up Christmas decorations before Nov. 12. But with many people starting their Christmas shopping earlier and earlier to try and get the best deals, stores are feeling they need to cater to their customer who want to get a jump on holiday spending.
