A 47-foot Bayliner yacht has sunk after catching fire this morning in Langley.
According to Langley Township Fire, the vessel was tied to a private dock at house in the 10200-block of Allard Crescent.

No one was on board at the time of the fire and the cause of the blaze has yet to be determined.
The estimated value of the yacht is $500,000.
