The transaction includes the acquisition of the Dufferin Mine, which employs ramp-access mining, together with its processing plant, mining lease and equipment.

Since StrikePoint Gold (TSXV:SKP) decided not to make a final payment on a partnership agreement signed last year, the junior miner relinquished its option to acquire an interest in the Dufferin project, Ressources Appalaches said.

The company said it is developing a program to explore and develop the mine.

Ressources Appalaches explores and develops base and precious metal deposits in Quebec and Nova Scotia.
