Two Chefs and a Table co-owner enters surprise guilty plea

In a quick court appearance, a Vancouver chef accused of installing a hidden camera to peep on his patrons and employees, entered a surprising guilty plea this morning.

Allan Bosomworth was the co-owner of the now closed upscale Railtown restaurant, Two Chefs and a Table. He was accused of setting up a hidden camera in the eatery’s co-ed bathroom, which was used by patrons and staff. The offence took place during the busy holiday season from Dec. 14 – 18 in 2012.

His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 10. It’s unclear what the Crown will ask for in terms of a sentence, given this is Bosomworth’s first offence.
