HALIFAX – Halifax police say they won’t lay charges against the driver of a truck involved in a fatal collision with a cyclist in May.
Johanna Dean, 30, died on May 21 when her bike hit the side of a truck in Dartmouth at the intersection of Windmill Road and Albro Lake Road.

According to investigators, the truck was turning right onto Albro Lake Road at a green light when Dean collided with it and fell under its rear wheels.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
