MONTREAL – Provincial police will be out in force to crack down on motorists breaking the law this Labour Day long weekend.
The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) will be checking for the usual violations, such as speeding and cellphones usage while driving.

Police will also be checking to make sure all commuters are wearing their seat belts.
The operation runs until Monday.
Two people died during the Labour Day long weekend in 2013.
