RCMP attended a fatal motor vehicle collision between a motorcycle and a truck near Melville, Saskatchewan on Friday.
The collision occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Highway 9, 5 km north of Highway 15. A 50-year-old motorcyclist from rural Saskatchewan was travelling northbound when he collided with a truck driven by an 81-year-old woman.

RCMP pronounced the 50-year-old man dead at the scene.
The 81-year-old woman from Yorkton suffered minor injuries.
The name of the victim has not been released.
Melville is approximately 150 km northeast of Regina.
