Fire officials are reminding people that even though it may be hot out, water on the North Shore can still be freezing cold.
The warning comes after three swimmers were rescued near the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge.
Crews responded Monday afternoon for a report of two men and one woman in distress in the water.
The group had been jumping from rocks near the bridge but likely underestimated the cold temperature of the water.
At least one of the people showed signs of possible hypothermia.
The incident comes just two days after crews rescued a woman when she fell off a steep bank in the park.
