A city known for the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Central Park and the Empire State Building is the most popular spot for Canadian travellers to visit when heading abroad.
New York City has placed first on a newly released list of the most popular international cities for Canadian travellers.
The ranking compiled by Hotels.com is based on their price index for the first half of 2014.
Las Vegas was the second most popular international travel destination, followed by London, England.

Paris, France climbed two spots from last year to place fourth.
Officials with the site suggest the recent stability of the Euro, which has hovered at a lower than historical rate for the first half of 2014, is likely one of the reasons behind the increased interest in European cities.
Orlando, Florida rounded out the top five.
