VERNON– A Lavington man has been found not guilty on two charges related to a fatal crash in April of 2011.
In 2012, Terrance Edward Brown was charged with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

Just over three years ago Brown’s tractor trailer, hauling wood chips, collided with a pickup truck on Highway 6 east of Cherryville.
The driver of the pickup, 22-year-old Randy Duncan of Kamloops, was killed and a female passenger was injured.
An infant riding in the pickup was not injured.
