UPDATE: Drought Hill forest fire near Peachland 75 per cent contained

The Drought Hill forest fire near Peachland is dying down as fire crews work towards full containment today.

The 40-hectare fire is now estimated to be 75 per cent contained and is completely guarded. It is suspected to be human caused.
