ESTEVAN, Sask. – Two men were injured in a collision between a truck and a train in southeastern Saskatchewan on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to the crash just outside of Estevan, Sask. at 5:30 p.m.
RCMP say two men were occupants of a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche when it collided into the side of the train.

Both occupants, 29 and 58, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
No one else was hurt and no derailment or spill occurred.

Canadian Pacific Railway and RCMP conducted an initial investigation.
Alcohol is not considered a factor but other charges against the driver may be pending.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
