NS Premier’s former communications director appears in court

The former director of communications for the Premier of Nova Scotia is scheduled to appear back in court on September 10th.

It’s expected that Kyley Harris will enter a plea on that date to an assault charge.

Harris was charged in May, after an alleged domestic assault.

He was fired shortly after the charges were laid, because Premier Stephen McNeil says Harris waited four days to tell the government about the charges.
