TORONTO – A tornado warning was issued for western Algonquin Park Monday afternoon but cancelled at approximately 2 p.m.
The weather agency had issued the warning for the following areas:

A severe thunderstorm watch is also in effect for the following areas:
– Haliburton
– Burk’s Falls
– Eastern Algonquin Park
– Western Algonquin Park
– Parry Sound – Muskoka
