REGINA – Construction crews are getting ready to tackle what will be a milestone project in Saskatchewan.
The ceremonial ground-breaking event for Regina’s new stadium will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m.

The design of the $278-million facility was unveiled in late may.
The new plans include additional washrooms and better seating amenities.
The grand opening is set for 2017.
