CALGARY- A massive fire east of city limits sent huge plumes of black smoke billowing into the sky on Friday night.
The blaze broke out after 6 p.m. at Highway 22X and Range Road 285, just outside of Calgary.

It’s believed that several semi-trailers caught fire and became fully engulfed, possibly at a trucking company. Multiple emergency crews rushed to the scene.
Crews managed to get the fire under control a short time later.
