Updated: Vehicle found, but air and ground search turns up nothing for missing Regina man

REGINA – RCMP have located the vehicle belonging to missing Regina man Shayne King, though there is still no sign of the man himself.

Police say King, 35, was visiting a friend in Stoughton, Sask., and left around 11:20 p.m. Tuesday to return to Regina. He hasn’t been heard from since.

King’s vehicle, an orange 2009 Dodge Caliber, was found Friday morning on a grid road near Grenfell, Sask.

Broadview RCMP, with help from Regina Police and the RCMP Search and Rescue Team, then carried out an air and ground search in the area the car was found. But, nothing else turned up.

King is described as caucasian, about 5’7″ tall and 180 pounds, with light brown, buzz cut hair. King has blue eyes and partial upper dentures, along with two skull tattoos on his right shoulder.
