Calvillo completed his record eight-yard pass to Eric Deslauriers against the Toronto Argonauts in the first quarter.

He had to wait through an Argos’ review to see if Deslauriers’ feet had touched the ground inside the endzone.

The initial touchdown call stood and Calvillo celebrated on the field.

Calvillo is expected to pass Allen’s records for career pass completions and passing yards later this season.
