WEST KELOWNA — There’s a new twist following Monday’s news that a West Kelowna man has been accused of arson.
Kerry Robert Cooper, 30, is charged in connection with last September’s fire that destroyed the Westbank community hall.

At the time of the fire, Global Okanagan reported how it affected a West Kelowna couple who had booked the hall for their wedding.
It Turns out, the bride, and the man accused of setting the fire know each other, and they are far from friends.
