TORONTO – Four people were rushed to hospital after two stopped vehicles burst into flames after being struck by a third vehicle near King City early Saturday morning.
It happened in the northbound lanes of Hwy. 400 south of Hwy. 9 at around 3 a.m.
Police say it is too early to determine whether speed or alcohol were factors.
A woman remains in hospital with serious injuries, while three other men were released after suffering only minor injuries, say police.
The northbound lanes of Hwy. 400 were closed at Aurora Road as a full reconstruction of the accident was completed. The highway reopened at around 9:30 a.m.
