It is yet to be confirmed whether the record is official and whether any officials from the Guinness World Records attended the event.

The May 1 event, part of the Thanks Jimi Festival, is in its 12th year and is becoming a cult event, attracting people from across Poland and the rest of Europe.

On stage this year were two vintage rock bands from the US, Eric Burdon and The Animals, and Uriah Heep.

The event was also attended by American guitarist Michael Angelo Batio, as well as by virtuoso guitarists from Poland.
