TORONTO – The annual GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon on Sunday, May 4 will mean a bevy of road closures this weekend.
The event is one of the largest in Canada with 14,000 participants from over 50 countries taking part each year.
The marathon benefits local charities including The Prince Margaret Cancer Foundation and SickKids Hospital.
The race begins on Sunday at 7:30 a.m. and officials are advising the public that there will be significant traffic delays on several roadways.
