She narrowly missed her chance to claim the title, after her scallops were over-cooked by 15 seconds.
But the 25 year-old says she is proud of placing third and isn’t letting her elimination extinguish her dreams.
Klassen will be opening up a tapas restaurant in downtown Kelowna.
