TORONTO –Sarah Thomson is yelling “timber” a la Kesha and Pitbull in her latest publicity stunt as part of her campaign to become Toronto’s next mayor.
Thomson released a remixed version of the hit song with the words rewritten to showcase her support for underground transportation (subways).
She sings the chorus while someone named Kanye White raps the verse with all the lyrics promoting Thomson’s transit policy.

“It’s going down, I’m yelling TIMBER,
We’ll build the subway, a vast expanse
Let’s stop the fight, let’s work together
I’ll be the one, you won’t forget
oooooah (timber), oooooah (transit), wooooah (it’s going down)
Wooooah (timber), wooooah (transit), wooooah (it’s going down)”
