CALGARY- Canadian rocker Bryan Adams is set to headline one of the biggest bashes during the Calgary Stampede.
The lineup for this year’s Stampede Roundup was announced Tuesday, featuring Adams as the headliner, along with The Doobie Brothers and The Dudes.

Organizers say having the rocker as part of the show is a big coup.
“We’ve been trying to get Bryan Adams for years, and hope it’s a record year for our fundraising for The Rotary Club of Calgary,” said producer Caitlin Boyle.
The 2014 Roundup is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 9, at Fort Calgary. Tickets go on sale to those associated with event sponsors on April 28.
Last year’s Roundup raised $225,000 for the Rotary Club of Calgary, as well as $43,000 towards flood relief.
