TORONTO – Earth Day isn’t just being marked on April 22 across Canada, but for the rest of the week.
The first Earth Day was celebrated on April 22, 1970. According to Earth Day Canada, each year six million Canadians participate in Earth Day activities across the country.
Canada’s most famous environmentalist, David Suzuki, will be speaking at two events this week.
