CALGARY – The co-founder of Calgary’s Lunchbox Theatre is preparing for a special stage presentation later this month.

Bartley Bard will be joined by his wife and close friends for the world premier of The Golden Hour.

The show is based on Bard’s terrible accident eight years ago, when a vehicle ploughed through the Saint Monica Farmer’s Market. Bard was almost killed in the accident and lost much of his memory.

He says the incident has changed his entire life.

“Every human goes through that one way or another,” says Bard.

“There are also things that happen to everybody, including some things that happened to me long, long ago that didn’t change my life definition, but did change my viewpoint.”

Tickets are now available for the show which will run on June 25th at Lunchbox Theatre.
