OXFORD, N.S. – The search for a missing man in Oxford, N.S. has ended.
RCMP located 69-year-old David William Ross walking along Highway 321 toward Oxford at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Emergency Health Services treated the man, as a preventative measure, but Mounties say he is in good condition.
Ross hadn’t been seen since midnight Tuesday.
Staff at the Four Seasons Manor, where Ross is a resident, notified police at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday after he failed to show up for breakfast.
Members of the RCMP from Oxford, Parrsboro and Pugwash and the RCMP Police Dog Service joined the search, along with the Pugwash and Springhill Ground Search and Rescue teams.
