TORONTO – Toronto police say they have arrested a man wanted in connection with the death of a five-month-old boy.
Police say the boy was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries on Sept. 12 and died Nov. 9.
A post-mortem examination concluded that the death was a direct result of the injuries.
Ronnie Munoz-Hernandez, 22, is charged with second-degree murder and was to appear in a Toronto court today.
