TORONTO – The chair of Toronto’s transit system has issued an apology after a worker urinated on the wall of a subway station in full view of passengers.

The incident happened at Runnymede station on June 15.

A rider complained to Toronto Transit Commission management.

TTC Chair Karen Stinz says that kind of conduct is unacceptable.

There’s no word on what discipline the worker received.
