Cyclist injured in Airdrie hit-and-run

CALGARY – Airdrie RCMP are looking to the public for help in their search for the driver involved in a hit-and-run collision on Sunday that injured a cyclist.

A teal four-door car struck the 17-year-old cyclist while travelling westbound on Big Springs Drive at around 7:15 p.m.

He was injured and had to be taken to hospital in Calgary.

Police say the driver didn’t stop, and are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to call RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
