KELOWNA–The jury deliberating the legal fate of Matthew Foerster has retired for the night, without a verdict.
The BC Supreme Court Jury is considering the evidence in the murder of Armstrong teen, Taylor Van Diest.
Van Diest’s family has been in the courtroom throughout the trial, and members told Global Okanagan they are hoping for a swift verdict.
The jury is scheduled to reconvene Saturday morning at 8:30.
