KELOWNA, B.C. – RCMP say the body of a woman was found inside a mobile home Tuesday in the Hiawatha Mobile Home Park and her death has been deemed suspicious.
The RCMP say they were called in to check on the welfare of a woman who lived at the park on Lakeshore Drive.
Police tape went up around the mobile home this morning and RCMP called in their Serious Crimes Unit.
Neighbours say police were called to the unit just two weeks ago.
Neighbours also report hearing yelling and banging noises coming from the mobile home, Monday at 4 P.M.
The RCMP dog patrol also assisted in the investigation earlier in the day.
The name of the woman has not been released.
