Search and Rescue and a helicopter team have rescued a man in his 20s from a mountainside in Kootenay Pass.
It’s suspected the man has a broken leg.

Last night, 12 search and rescue members went up to rescue the man, but were unable to complete the rescue due to bad weather.
The team camped out overnight and a helicopter arrived this morning to perform a long-line rescue.
Officials say there is no avalanche risk.
