Testimony continued today in the trial of Matthew Foerster.
The Cherryville man is facing first degree murder charges in the death of Armstrong teen, Taylor Van Diest, who died on Halloween night, 2011 after a her body was found brutally beaten near the train tracks in her hometown.
This morning, the jury heard from a close friend of Van Diest, who described plans he had to go trick or treating with her the night she died.
This afternoon, the crown played video of a police interview of Foerster, shortly after he was arrested.
Foerster appears emotional in the video, sobbing at various times in the interview, but his voice is barely audible.
