Winnipeg stabbings send three men to hospital

WINNIPEG – A triple stabbing at a 7-Eleven on Main Street at Bannerman Avenue sent three men to hospital on Wednesday morning.

The stabbings happened at the North End convenience store at about 4 a.m.

Police wouldn’t comment on the severity of the men’s injuries, but a lot of blood could be seen outside the store.

Police taped off the block around the 7-Eleven from Bannerman to Cathedral Avenue and closed Cathedral from Main to Charles Street.

Police continue to investigate what they called a chaotic scene.
