Students at Okanagan College are faced with more tuition increases. This is the third time that fees have gone up in the last five years. The college’s students’ union opposed the decision and presented to the College Board, but it was unsuccessful in stopping the hikes. Many students already struggle to pay for their education, and this announcement has many angry and frustrated. Angela Jung reports.
