REGINA – Two 18-year-olds will appear in court today to face charges stemming from a pepper-spray attack on a Regina taxi driver.
The driver reported being robbed by four teenage males on Saturday morning.

Police say the suspects also pepper sprayed a citizen who tried to photograph them as they were fleeing.
Police say they used a Taser on one suspect who was arrested at a home later in the morning.
