TORONTO – The first weekend of spring will be a frustrating one for commuters using Toronto’s subway system as there will be no service between Bloor-Yonge and St Andrew stations.
The Toronto Transit Commission will be replacing and installing new signal systems on March 22-23 as well as April 5-6.
