High risk offender released into community

Regina Police are warning the public about the presence of a very high risk re-offender in our city.

Benjamin Martin Moore has a history of sexual offences against minors, often committed against children or grandchildren of those he has a relationship with.

Police say Moore previously used manipulative behaviour to gain the trust of those around him prior to committing an assault. In the past his victims have been prepubescent.

39 year old Moore is described as 5’9″, and around 225 pounds. He has green eyes, long brown hair, and has a salt-and-pepper beard and moustache.

The Regina Police Service stresses this information for the safety of the community, and not to prompt action against Moore. Anyone wanting more information is asked to call the police.
