N.S. RCMP searching for fugitive who removed electronic monitoring device

<p>MILLBROOK, N.S. – The RCMP is looking for an 18-year-old Nova Scotia man who they say is unlawfully at large and may be armed.</p> <p>The Mounties say they were notified on Monday that an electronic monitoring device on 18-year-old Kevin Brian Sylliboy of Millbrook had been removed.</p> <p>Sylliboy is described as being five-foot-10 and 230 pounds with short black hair, a dark complexion and prominent facial tattoos, including a cross under each eye.</p> <p>He was last seen in the Gerald Avenue area of Millbrook, wearing black pants and a tank top.</p> <p>He may also have a hoodie sweatshirt.</p> <p>The public is being asked to not approach Sylliboy and to call 911 if they see him.</p>
