<p>HALIFAX – TD Insurance is getting a payroll rebate for more than $1.8 million from the Nova Scotia government to help create 140 jobs in Halifax.</p> <p>The government says the jobs are expected to be created over the next six years.</p> <p>The rebate is meant to support employee training.</p> <p>Workers at the Halifax office provide sales and service support for the Atlantic provinces as well as claims support and administrative functions for the company.</p>
