CALGARY- Police have charged three staff members at a southwest care home with assault after the family of a resident approached them with their concerns.
Police say in early February, the family of a resident at Carewest Garrison Green spoke to them about alleged physical abuse by the facility’s staff.
An investigation involving police and Alberta Health Services resulted in all three staff having their employment terminated.
