With more people looking for ways to cut costs through garage sales and online marketplaces, local thrift stores like Underground Trends say they’ve also seen a rise in customers of all ages in recent years.

Alot or resellers are hitting up yardsales as well. They are all over Buy and Sell sites too.
People should stop retail buying anything that isn’t essential for a while especially luxury items.If enough people take this approach, it sends a message to retailers and manufactures that their prices are too high,causes price reductions to aid moving items off the shelf and cuts government tax revenue which sends a message that there is no money left for them to take.
We can do it voluntarily or wait until it happens without choice because the greed factor is high right now and the beast needs to be culled or it will continue to devour us.
Of course they have….now the the rub…
Value village has raised their prices! As well as other “thrift” stores.
So now, we have a choice, buy new overpriced cheaply made goods, or , buy overpriced second hand that is worn down.
Either way, consumers are getting the shaft.
