Police and corrections officers are investigating after an inmate was found dead in a cell at the Drumheller Institution on Saturday.

Kenneth William Schaer, 25, had started serving a three year sentence at the beginning of January for aggravated assault.
Staff members did CPR, but he could not be resuscitated.
