Both have been served with a summons to appear in P.A. provincial Court on March 4.
On Oct. 30, 2013, an eyewitness saw a semi hauling a backhoe strike the girders supporting an overpass and then drive away.

Temporary weight restrictions on the Highway 3/55 overpass, also known as the Shellbrook overpass, were put in place in November.
In mid-January, weight restrictions were lifted.
