Oreo Cookie Jar (yields 15 cookie jars)
Ingredients
Part A
3.75 lb Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 C Powder Sugar
1 T Vanilla Extract
Part B
6 C Heavy Cream
Part C
1.5 T Lemon Juice
1.5 lb Crushed Whole Oreos
Preparation
1. Using a mixer with a paddle attachment beat Part A on a medium high speed until smooth and fluffy
2. Reduce speed to medium and slowly add the cream (Part B) to the mix
3. Once the cream is fully incorporated return the speed to medium high for an additional 2 minutes or until the mix has reached stiff peak consistency

4. Remove bowl from the stand and using a spatula fold in Part C to the beaten cream cheese until incorporated

3 T Crushed Oreos
Preparation
1. Using a 3oz scoop place one scoop into the mason jar
2. Spoon in the crushed Oreos
3. Place another scoop on top
4. Garnish with homemade whip cream, a fresh mint leaf and a whole Oreo cookie
BBQ Pork Sliders
Ingredients
Part A
.5 C Ketchup
1 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 C Dijon Mustard (smooth)
1 C Chili Sauce
.5 C Brown Sugar (packed)
2.5 oz Sliced Garlic
8 oz Small Diced Onion
2 T Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 T Kosher Salt
2 T Chili Powder
.25 t Ground Cumin
1 C Water
Part B
4 lb Cubed Pork
Preparation
1. Mix Part A well
2. Place pork into a 2” pan laying flat and even
3. Pour sauce over pork and coat well
4. Cover with foil
5. Place in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes
6. Remove foil and cook for 20 minutes
7. Allow to cool to room temperature
8. Remove pork and slice into 1/16th thin slices
9. Add the sliced pork back into the pan with the sauce and mix well
