Bill Comrie speaks about kindergarten donation

There has been a lot of debate recently about the benefits of all day kindergarten. Local business man and philanthropist, Bill Comrie, is a strong believer in the program. He’s financially supporting a full-day kindergarten class at one of the high needs schools. Comrie speaks about his donation.
