TORONTO – Police are searching for a male suspect after a shooting overnight in the city’s east end.
A man in his 20s was taken to hospital with multiple gunshot wounds after being shot at a bar called “The Loaded Dog” on Lawrence and Pharmacy.

Witnesses saw a suspect running from the scene and reports say he fled in a cab and then on foot.
Police have recovered a jacket, a toque and a firearm nearby.
A command post has been set up with canine units assisting in the investigation.
